I was tasked with creating a fitness blog post that showcases the benefits of working out and why this should be considered part of an everyday routine.

Solution

I discussed in detail 3 main benefits of working out—improvement of your mindset, a clear mind, and routine.

I wanted to touch on the multiple aspects of working out outside of the usual muscle gain and wanted to bring up points that people may have been unaware of prior.
